If you say you can't believe in God because there is too much suffering, think of the opposite: The absence of suffering in this world wouldn't prove God exists because then bad people would never face any punishment. You wouldn't trust that kind of God either. “Well then”, you say, “he shouldn’t have created bad people”>Maybe if we stopped blaming Him we would see things differently. We wish things were perfect but originally they were, and mankind still messed it up. And what about the fact that God put Himself in our shoes? He watched His Son suffer at the hands of us! Yet he offers us not punishment, but forgiveness. Forgiveness is never possible unless it is preceded by some type of wrongdoing that involves suffering.
